Description

  • The primary responsibilities of a Sales Manager are Vendor Management, Pricing & Marketing, and Planning & Stock Replenishment and Control.
  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
  • Identify emerging New Product markets while being fully aware of Current and new product Market Shift and competition status.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates new Product needs on an ongoing basis..
  • Contentiously seek to setup new Sales channel Locations and overseeing the on-boarding process.
  • Proactively assesses and validates Modern Technologies on an ongoing basis for new and existing Products.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for Each Sales Channels; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Key Accounts.
  • Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of new sales leads and prospects.
  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  • Conducts one-on-one review with all Key Account to build more effective communications, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account’s sales and activity performance.
  • Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
  • Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
  • Assists in preparation of Sales proposals and presentations and annual Budget.
  • Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Hiring and training new sales representatives. Schedule /Intercompany transfer of Sales Staff, assign daily duties and motivate the sales staff at any retail location.
  • Provide staff with product update knowledge
  • Motivate sales team to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Notify staff of new procedures or policies.
  • Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
